to improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives
Your first contact when visiting the bureau will normally be with our receptionist who will guide you through our registration form. This is a simple form that is completely confidential.
You will then meet a gateway assessor. The assessor will discuss your issues and help you to decide the next steps. We may be able to provide information for you to resolve the issue yourself. If further assistance is required we can offer you an appointment with one of our generalist/specialist advisors or refer/signpost you to another agency.
All our advisors are specially trained volunteers who are bound to confidentiality.
